Wcomm permits you to make some files presented to your customers before their purchase.
For example, you are asking to sell electronics, and I want to encourage your customers to read a product that works. You can upload a document for that purpose. You can simply download the product directly on the product page on the PDF page of the product.
Each product can have links, separately, and their guides can be set in the “Tab” tab on the left side, which is explained in the previous guide’s description “Adding Products and Product Types”. The page helps you access all the linked files of that page: if you have to attach a linked file with multiple products, you will need to upload it once.
Before uploading the products, upload the attachments. This is completed from the “link” page in the “index” menu.
The process to record a new attachment to your shop is straightforward:
- Tap on the “Add new”. A form shows.
- Filename: Give your attachment a name, in all the required
- Description: Give fast description, also in as many languages as needed.
- Tap on “Add file” to choose a file on your computer to upload.
- Tap on “Save”.
You are redirecting the “download tab”, where your file now shown. It is now presented to all products, through their “attachment” tab.
Now the “Download” tab will appear in your online store and your clients can download that file if needed.
